The experience is designed to feel immersive, but every room has an emergency exit button so you may leave at any time.

Arrive 20 minutes before your booking for check-in, bathroom breaks, and the mission briefing. The room begins at the scheduled time.

Tickets are $24.99 per person, or $199 for a private experience for up to 9 or 10 players depending on the room.

Standard bookings may be combined when space allows. Choose a private experience if you want the room exclusively for your group.

Contact us at least 24 hours before your booking for a full refund. With less than 24 hours, we offer a 50% refund or a gift voucher for each absent player. No-call, no-shows are not refundable.

Yes. We strongly recommend including an adult to help with more complex puzzles. Contact us for custom youth events.

Yes. A ramp leads to the entrance, all rooms are on one level, and room puzzles and obstacles are designed to be accessible.

No. Everything needed to solve the room is provided, and the puzzles focus on observation, communication, and connecting ideas rather than strength.
